As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering strong relationships between our school and our students' families, I am pleased to introduce a new role within our Inclusion and Wellbeing Team here at Wittersham. 

My name is Claire Sterriker-Rhodes, and I have been part of the Wittersham team for five years as a Teaching Assistant, and have now taken on the additional role of the school FLO, one afternoon a week.

As a FLO, I work closely with the other members of the school's nurturing and wellbeing team, securing a strong pastoral network. I can assist on a variety of matters including attendance, academic progress, behaviour, physical and mental well-being, transitions, and any other challenges a child may be facing.

It is imperative to me and the team that we create a supportive bridge between home and school to enhance the overall educational experience for all children here at Wittersham.
