Term Dates 2026–2027

We are pleased to confirm our term dates for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Our school calendar has been carefully planned to support children’s learning, wellbeing and, importantly, strong attendance throughout the year. Regular attendance is essential to children’s progress, achievement and sense of belonging at school, and we encourage all families to use the published term dates when planning holidays, appointments and other commitments.

The calendar provides clear breaks throughout the year while ensuring that children receive their full educational entitlement. INSET days are also carefully positioned to provide staff with valuable opportunities for professional development, planning and school improvement.

We hope that publishing these dates well in advance will support families in planning ahead and help us to continue working together to promote excellent attendance for every child.

We strongly encourage families to avoid booking holidays during term time. Every school day matters, and even relatively short periods of absence can result in children missing important learning and finding it more difficult to keep pace with their peers.
